ProStart lays a solid foundation for culinary careers. Students are trained with professional chefs attending valuable classroom instruction and participating in culinary competitions locally, nationally & state wide.
Students earn college credit with financial benefits while attending their high school program.
Today, a restaurant owner must be capable of being a chef, a line cook, a grill cook, control inventory, make coffee, do dishes, bus tables, use a Frylow, along with opening and closing the doors on a daily basis. ProStart provides students all the skills necessary to begin a culinary career on a rock solid foundation.

Students have the potential to earn full-ride scholarship offers from some of the best culinary schools in the nation. This means after graduation, they get to choose from a variety of top-notch culinary schools.
